I believe that change begins with our mindset and the work we put into growth. In therapy, we explore your experiences, set realistic and meaningful goals, and develop tools to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

My Approach to Therapy

I take an informal, conversational, and person-centered approach to therapy. No two people are the same, and I believe therapy should reflect that. Healing isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I tailor each session to your unique needs, personality, and the phase of life you’re in.

I believe that processing emotions is important, but I also encourage my clients to ask:

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my family and close friends. Relationships and connection bring joy and meaning to my life.

🎶 Music fuels me—I love hip-hop, R&B, pop, and gospel.
💃 And yes, I love dancing! Movement and joy are essential parts of life.

Fun fact: I have a little wiener dog who keeps me on my toes and brings endless laughter.

I also have a Degree in Ethnic Studies and a background in Social Work, which deepens my understanding of how race, culture, and identity shape mental health. I integrate cultural awareness and diversity into my practice, creating a space where all experiences are valued.
