If you’re using insurance, we’ll run a complimentary benefits check so you know exactly what’s covered. If there’s ever an extra step needed, we’ll walk you through it.

Step 3: Get Matched and Schedule

Once everything is set and your practice documents are complete, we’ll introduce you to your therapist and help you schedule your first session.

We typically respond within 24–48 business hours via text or email. During holidays or vacations, responses may take a bit longer.
