A Gentle, Creative Path Back to Yourself
💬 “Healing doesn’t always begin with words. Sometimes it begins with creating space for what has been quietly waiting to be felt.”
Therapy with Jessica isn’t about forcing insight, fixing yourself, or pushing through discomfort as quickly as possible. It’s about slowing down. Making room. Learning how to listen to what your body, emotions, and inner world have been trying to say beneath the noise of stress and anxiety.
Jessica works with people who are outwardly capable but inwardly exhausted. People who carry a constant sense of pressure, worry, or self-doubt. People who feel stuck in cycles of fear or overthinking and are ready to reconnect with their inner strength instead of being ruled by it.
Therapy becomes a space to pause, explore what’s been weighing on you, and begin shaping a way forward that feels steadier, more intentional, and more aligned with who you are. What’s not working and figure out what comes next—with support, intention, and clarity.
🧠 This Is Therapy for People Who:
🌀 Feel anxious, stressed, or mentally overloaded more often than they’d like
🎭 Appear “fine” on the outside while struggling internally
🌱 Are navigating life transitions or periods of change
🛑 Feel fear quietly influencing their choices
🎨 Are curious about creative approaches but unsure where to start
🌿 Want support that feels calm, respectful, and human
If you’re longing for relief and understanding, Jessica offers a grounded place to begin.
🛠️ My Approach to Therapy
Jessica approaches therapy as a collaborative, compassionate process. She doesn’t rush healing or treat it like a checklist. Instead, she focuses on building awareness, self-trust, and practical tools that support you both inside and outside the therapy room.
Jessica offers therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a space where clients can express themselves in the language that feels most natural.
Her work is grounded in a humanistic, client-centered and integrative approach, blending evidence-based practices with Art Therapy, always guided by your goals, comfort level, and pace.
Jessica specializes in helping clients:
🔥 Work with anxiety and stress rather than fighting against themselves
🎯 Reconnect with inner strength and confidence
🌊 Slow down emotional overwhelm and build steadier coping skills
🧭 Explore meaning, identity, and life direction during transitions
Approaches Jessica may draw from include:
🎨 Art Therapy – For expressing and processing emotions beyond words
🧠 Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – To explore and shift unhelpful thought patterns
🌉 Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – For emotional regulation and coping skills
🌀 Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – To support values-based living and psychological flexibility
🌱 Mindfulness-based practices – To support grounding, awareness, and balance
Art-making is always optional. No artistic experience is needed. Creativity is used as a supportive tool, not a performance.
🤝 Who Jessica Works Best With

She works with teens and adults who want therapy that feels steady, thoughtful, and respectful of their autonomy. Jessica’s approach is grounded in curiosity and care, not labels or assumptions.
🔎 What to Expect in Therapy With Jessica
Jessica brings a calming presence into the room. Sessions feel grounded, collaborative, and gently structured.
🪞 Attuned, not rushed – You set the pace
🎨 Creative, not intimidating – Expression without pressure
💫 Insight paired with practice – So therapy supports real life
Sessions typically include a brief check-in, an intervention connected to your goals, and time to identify what feels supportive to carry into the week ahead. Some sessions may feel reflective and quiet. Others may feel like an exhale. All are guided by care and intention.
Clients often describe Jessica as having a soothing energy and a non-judgmental way of listening. This is a space where you can show up honestly and be met with respect.
🎨 A Little About Jessica
Jessica’s path into mental health began with art. Growing up, she found it difficult to put emotions into words, and art became a language that helped her express what couldn’t yet be spoken. After working as an art teacher with children, adults, and individuals with developmental disabilities, she witnessed firsthand how meaningful creative expression can be in healing.
In addition to her clinical training, Jessica has a formal background in studio art and holds a degree in Studio Art from Cal State Long Beach. She primarily works with fiber arts, regularly attends fiber art festivals, and finds creativity to be a grounding, restorative force in her own life.
She also loves monsters, folklore, and the paranormal. The places where imagination, mystery, and shadow meet feel like familiar terrain.
Clients often describe Jessica as calm, warm, and quietly supportive. Someone who makes it feel safe to slow down and strong enough to keep going.
